The innovation partnership is a procedure that allows to combine research&development, innovation and procurement in one single procedure. Unit C2 of DG GROW carried out a statistical study on this procedure based on TED data. The meeting provided a unique opportunity to discuss key areas of EU-Ukraine industrial cooperation.
