European Commission unveils ProcurCompEU – the European Competency Framework for Public Procurement Professionals

The European Commission has released ProcurCompEU - a new tool to support the professionalisation of public procurement. ProcurCompEU will help contracting authorities and individuals in EU countries assess their competences and knowledge of public procurement, identify skills gaps, and design targeted learning and development tools.
